Don’t allow customers to put in pick-up dates that cannot be honored. For example I was supposed to pick my U-Haul truck up at 6am and when I arrived at the location I was told they didn’t open till 7:30.

KACY EThis location services were Good. However U-Haul reservation system IS NOT. Customer requested pickup location NEVER HAPPENS. U-Haul expects/demands Customer pickup equipment miles often many miles out of the way the day BEFORE the scheduled pickup... which causes Customer to totally change his iteneray.
