Truck was in good condition, being nearly new, and drove the 1300 miles with no problems. Owner of the location was friendly.

Kevin KKnowing that the truck was in need of repairs or they never checked the truck before renting it out. The truck driver mirror was stripped and not functioning. Also the lights on the outside and back up lights did not work. Their solution was to go to another U-Haul and replace the truck. We rented for that date since we had movers coming to pack the truck we couldn’t. We expected the company to have checked out the truck before we came to pick it up. We were driving it to Michigan and had several mishaps going back.
LARRY CKey was placed in the wrong lock box. I had to call support and waste 30 minutes trying to find the key. We had rented a dolly but there was no dolly in the truck. The trucked was leaking brake fluid and left a large stain in my new driveway. Had to cut move short due to leaking brake fluid and did not get to utilize the full 24hr rental. Several items remain unmoved.
Bodie RTruck was not ready to use. Rear door was frozen, passenger door window was down about an inch w/ snow on the passenger seat.
