The man I at this location was less than desirable to deal with. He acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. After finishing paperwork he just handed me the key and said “it’s out there.” Terrible experience!
john hExcellent experience using the Mobile App to pick up/drop off the truck. Accidentally locked car keys in the truck after dropping the truck key in the return slot. Called the office number and although closed on Sunday, took my call and helped me get the key from the truck. Excellent customer service and highly recommend this location.
