2nd experience with person at the desk. He very much acts like you are an inconvenience by walking in the building. Heavy sighs, unfriendly, acts annoyed when questions are asked and despite trying twice on 2 different days to call this business directly, he failed to answer our calls to simply modify the tome we were picking up the vehicle. We finally had to use online chat. Will ensure not to use THIS location again.

Ishall AA hand truck was preordered but none were available at pickup. Luckily, our hired helpers each had one.
Brenda RThe location should update the mobile check-in. The lock that secured my keys was impossible to open. After several attempts and calls to customer service, the employee of the location was able to open the lock. The employee even stated that the locks needed to be replaced.
