I was charged and extra $5 for the drive from my new address to where the truck was dropped off. I was not happy about the extra charges for "extra miles" driven when it was the miles to drop off the truck and I paid $15 to fill the gas. There's extra hidden costs that are not cool.

Never. while returning the truck to the exact uhal location on our order. The man refused to take the truck because he wasn’t expecting us. Had to call corporate who told me I was in the right place. An he still refused to take it. Horrible experience. Will encourage everyone to not use Uhaul. It’s the not worth the stress. Unacceptable from such a big company.

Disappointing experience. We went a total of 11 miles round trip, put 2 gallons of gas in the truck ACROSS THE STREET from the rental location, and Raymond proceeded to charge us for fuel regardless. I presented My receipt with time/date stamp, and he did not care. I feel That this location steals from its customers and perhaps not enough people realize it. Will never do business with this location again.

The man at this location.. had horrible customer service... didn't explain cost thoroughly .. made no eye contact.. I walked out with him to inspect the truck and he let the door close on me. Shows no respect and lacks common professionalism

The original location I reserved at (in Downey, CA) did not have the Cargo Van, and never bothered to contact me to coordinate an alternative location. I would have not even known if I didn’t call to confirm my reservation. Quite disappointing service. Customers expect better service from a premier rental company! Let’s do better next time, U-Haul!

my confirmation: "You are scheduled to pickup your equipment at Best RV & Self Storage on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM for 6 hours ." When I arrived, I was first told that I had no reservation. When I persisted, I was then told that my reservation was moved to another location. When I found the new location, I waited over an hour to be helped. I had no warning that my reservation was altered; not a voice mail, email, no attempt to contact me.
