I did not intend to rent from this location. I had requested the truck from the Kell location with a 9am pick up. When we arrived to pick up, we were told to go to this location and it didn't open until 930. When we were late picking up because we did another errand while waiting for them to open, they tried to call my husband instead of me. The truck gas tank was on empty so we immediately had to put gas in. We turned truck in early only using it for 22.5 hrs and have still not received the refund for the second day of truck, insurance and dolly rental. Unacceptable! Also we were told we couldn't be reimbursed for the gas and we left it with almost half a tank.
