Ive rented uhaul trucks 6 time or so since July. All but 2 of those times Ive been notified of a switch in locations the day before pickup. Usually to a less convient location This time the new location didnt have the appliance dolly I needed. Didnt have a y dollys in fact.Randy B.

This location did not carry moving materials but was right next to a full service U-Haul facility that did. I'm not sure why there were two locations right next to each other.David W.
Have the drop off at a place that has an actual person working. The area didn't look that secure to just leave the vehicle. I never had to do this before and was never instructed that I would have to do it through my mobile device, because of the business being closed on a Sunday. Plus y'all took out extra money from my account and hasn't been put back. No one has got in touch with me to let me know it is all good.LAWRENCE W.

Truck was not cleaned smelled like cigarettes smell. Talk with the guy about the smell and to charge who ever leaves the truck in bad conditions.CARLOS ANTHONY P.

The trailer we rented had a leak in the roof. And, due to it being monsoon season in Dallas (May 2021), water leaked on the contents located in the front left corner of the trailer. Unfortunately, the water damaged a wooden chest of drawers. Probably not worth my time to pursue a claim - it may dry out and look fine. If not, I'll just put it in a walk-in closet.Mary E.

The lbigger location jiust one block away is a complete disaster..No help at all..no trucks avaliable even when I sow like 60 lot .the young gentleman there didnt want help. I was so lucky to find this furniture store down the street.Amilcar D.

Previous damage to driver's side of trailer may have bent the rim of the forward tire causing a shimmy (visible in the mirror) when driving.Thomas M.

TOOK forever to fill out paperwork due to your system having problems. The ONLY trailer they had did not have any hooks to use straps or bungy cords. The side rails were broken. We tied down our stuff but it shifted like crazy on our trip from Texas to South Florida. I give your equipment an F.Robert D.
