The primary issue was that U-Haul is a secondary concern verses his primary business. This was demonstrated in the exceptionally long time it took for him to get signed into his account AND the time it took for him to fill out the required information. He also had wifi or internet problems so I didn't get any official notifications until almost an hour after I left his business. That included no record of the rental showing up on the app as well. I had to take a picture of his screen to have anything that showed that I could legally be towing the trailer. When I made the original reservation, it was with a primary dealer for U-Haul and someone moved it to this other business. Did not like that at all....
