The Texoma Tire and Auto at 1803 Kemp Blvd location was nearly 20 minutes late opening which postponed my reservation. The shop and the lot were very messy and unmaintained. The owner seemed very frazzled. I would much rather rent from the main location on Kell in the future.

truck was not swept out. Had trash left in it.
CHERYL DLobby is rough. I was asked to take the requested pictures of the truck at home and therefore didn't see the broken interior broken tie down board until then. While the vehicle wasn't filthy it wasn't as clean as I gave it back. Trash under and behind seats and some kind of liquid had spilled in the cup holder and onto the transmission hump.
CHRISTOPHER OThe people were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful . I would highly recommend this place. The truck was so easy to get out of the place along with the convenient location. The entire office staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They definitely knew there stuff.
