Speak louder and lose the attitude and weren’t prepare at all and changed location like we asked which is good but they had no vehicles till they made it work and wasted time there
INDIA SThis location had my on-line reservation so check-in was easy and quick. I didn't need help connecting the trailer I was taking, but at least they offered it, unlike some locations. They did a quick but adequate safety check before letting me roll with the trailer, just as they should. Overall, a very efficient rental process.
KENNETH BStaff was very helpful and explained the processes. Truck was in pretty good condition.
