The phone number for the pick up location was not correct. I tried calling them several times and no answer. When I showed the number to the locations agent he said it was wrong.

I didn’t notice the dolly was missing a ramp pin until just less than a mile down the road when I pulled in to top off with gas. I called the rental guy and he said “you should have checked it out better”.
Loren RI had left a voicemail requesting drop off instructions once I had gotten to my final destination city as I was instructed to by the personnel at the pick up location. They never returned my phonecall and we had to drive over there to be able to talk to anyone. This location was further than my original requested drop off location and caused additional mileage that was an additional cost.
Daniel JTaillight was damaged on the auto transport and he was unable to do anything about it
