I had left a voicemail requesting drop off instructions once I had gotten to my final destination city as I was instructed to by the personnel at the pick up location. They never returned my phonecall and we had to drive over there to be able to talk to anyone. This location was further than my original requested drop off location and caused additional mileage that was an additional cost.

Troy BThe location for pick up was changed without a phone call to notify me, and the new location was half an hour away. This lost an hour of time with the movers we had paid for and also added mileage to the truck which we had to pay for. We were not told until arrival that the dolly and moving blankets we had reserved were not available.
Linnea BI dropped off I guess 30 mins late. The man was rude telling me he was charging for a whole day rental for the lateness. Then I offered to pay cash for the overage and he refused it then continued to run my card without authorization
