The location for pick up was changed without a phone call to notify me, and the new location was half an hour away. This lost an hour of time with the movers we had paid for and also added mileage to the truck which we had to pay for. We were not told until arrival that the dolly and moving blankets we had reserved were not available.

I dropped off I guess 30 mins late. The man was rude telling me he was charging for a whole day rental for the lateness. Then I offered to pay cash for the overage and he refused it then continued to run my card without authorization
