Originally put in a reservation at one location and was given a time to pick the truck up. Got to the location and there was no truck. Had to go to another location to get a truck there. Got to the second location and the location was not open. Took time out of a busy day just to try and get the truck we had originally had a reservation for days before. Frustrating
