Put jacks on the trailers. I returned it after hours and hurt my back unhooking it without one.

GRAHAM MTruck was very clean, but the transmission is shot and the ignition has trouble turning over. Was going up to 4 rpms before shifting and had to turn over ignition about 4 times until it started. I dropped off 10 minutes after the site closed so I could not tell anyone in person

CORBIN TTruck was dirty with windshield that was covered in grime. Only visible see through part was where the wipers would go. Started with only 1/4 tank of gas which is very inconvenient to the customer that only wants to return it with the same amount of gas. Fuel tank would not fill without going at a slow trickle from the fuel pump. Tried two different gas stations but fuel line was causing fuel to back up and shit pump off unless you filled at a very slow trickle. Overall very bad experience with the truck and only had to drive it two of the five days it was rented for.
JOHN FFantastic family owned place. They were friendly and everything was a breeze. I will recommend and be returning to this location for any of my storage or trailer/truck rentals over any other location in the Wichita area from now on!

CORBETT HI was not made aware that I needed to have the trailer back by 11:00am, the store wasn’t even open. While picking up the trailer, the agent made a point of telling me they were open until 3:00. I called around 2:00 to tell them that we MAY be a little late and was informed that the trailer was due back at 11:00 and was charged for an additional day. I would’ve made sure to adjust my schedule to return by 11:00 if I had been made aware. I have rented from U-Haul several times and have never had this issue.

Sheldon IThe U-Haul app crashed when trying to get my ( during the scanning of the back of the drivers license). When returning I used the website vs. the because of the previous issues but the website wouldn’t let me log in and the one time text code said it was down. Going back to the App I was almost done returning before it crashed and my order/ rental disappeared. Your customer service were fast and friendly in helping me with in both situations. This did add an additional 20 mins of frustration trying to get things to work. Other than that can we rented was good and clean and the area was nice. Thank you.

EARNEST PThey were fantastic and very friendly. We returned the truck after hours and a few emoyees were still there and were very nice and explained things well. The whole process of the rental and storage was such a good and efficient experience. I only wish the car rental and airlines companies had as efficient processes and people to deal with.
