I picked up a truck and noted on pick up that the cab was dirty. I cleaned the back of the truck, folded all blankets, removed garbage from the cab that had been left by previous renter. This super shady location charged me a $50 cleaning fee. You can bet I will be there today demanding a refund! Super weird location and feels so unprofessional. I do not recommend this location. You will surely be disappointed.

Took an hour of our time we rented just to check out the truck. App was down and no customer service. I tried calling and nothing tried texting I got once response and then Ignored. The lady at the hotel was very nice but it was down on her end too. Was a bad experience and will never use again.
Rachel MI paid for an appliance dolly, only to show up and there not be a dolly in the truck. I had to call customer service who then told me that the location I was at didn’t have any appliance dolly’s and I would have to drive out of my way (while paying for the mileage and gas) to get what I had already paid for. No one was going to tell me that there was not going to be one provided.
Sierra DI parked the vehicle in an incorrect space because I did not feel comfortable pulling into the parking spaces that were available. They were very close together and I was afraid of hitting a vehicle on either side. The owner of the budget in came out, screaming and cussing at me. I calmly told her she did not have to speak to me in that tone and then she went in and told her assistant to call the U-Haul people and tell them that they were done with this business
