System was down and it seemed I would have to come back, which was quite inconvenient. Fortunately, the system finally came back up before I left. It would be helpful to have a manual contingency plan in place so the customer is not forced to return and cannot pickup at the scheduled time if your system is down.

Customer Rep was great, the equipment not so much. Location did not have the 5x8 that I reserved approx a week prior. Had to use a beat up 6x12 that did not have working lights and subpar tires which presented a safety hazard on the highway. I would not rent from this location again.
