My survey is meant to be truthful about the entire experience at the U-haul Wiggins location. The system was down for some 20 minutes, and when it eventually came up, it was not able to print the rental agreement. I advised the desk employee that I couldn't take the truck without a proper written rental agreement, showing the mileage at pick-up, fuel level, and total cost. The employee then called U-haul head-office number, and I was then sent those details via SMS. This type of problem is unacceptable and should be looked into by higher management. The truck was otherwise in good condition as well as clean. Had it not been for the kind help of a regional manager, the whole experience would have been disastrous.
JOSEPH SCheck tires. Had bad tire. Had to stop at another location and waste two hours calling road side assistance to get tire changed.

JAMES S$32.00 charge for insurance that was NOT pointed out before rental. I have separate insurance and this charge was unnecessary.
