I didn't realize i had to return to the truck to this location.i returned it to murrieta on saturday, i have been called incessantly by wildomar asking for their trucks. i have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and it still isn't. ridiculous that your systems dont speak to one another - and i got charged for two extra days

The office was unorganized and the staff was flustered. He spoke poorly of previous customers and expressed wanting to use violence/guns against them. The trailer was given to us dirty. We had to sweep and clean it prior to usage. The staff member that entered the reservation did so incorrectly and had it set a day shorter than needed. (Received two calls demanding the equipment returned while using it for reservation purposes) Upon return--- discounts for returning the equipment clean were not offered, although advertised in both truck and trailer. Cash was used for payment and staff didn't offer the change until I requested it. Overall, my opinion is this Uhaul location is shady and unprofessional. I would never return or recommend them. I will be returning to Enterprise for my "frequent" business needs.

Need to clients know that insurance is daily and not a one time deal, stop charging everytime I call for extra days, do it at the end.wgen I was told that that's all I owe and then charged more and have to file a complaint and deal with a guy with an attitude that's not good relations.

Day before,8/11/17 I picked truck up at Foothill location.Uhaul employee started writing contract 4:20, 20 minuets later after several interruptions, left yard at 4:55.The next day 8/12/17 I drove up to Wildomar site at exactly at 5:pm, handed keys to uhaul employee. Employee at that site falsely entered a time of return 8/13/17, 7:50 am and charged me $ 57.10 for an extra day.

The only thing I had an issue with was when I reserved my truck online I selected self check out. It told me "Cingradulatuons, you just cut your time in half. See you Wednesday at 6:00am." Which I have email confirmation to prove this. So I called U-Haul to to see how this worked if the actual shop wasn't open and they said the truck will have the key inside and you will be sent a code to get into the truck. Well, we get there at 6:00 am and there's no truck. There was however someone sleeping in a van on the premises unable to help us. I called U-Haul and got transferred around three times before being hung up in while I was on hold for the forth time. Horrible experience with the 800 number customer service.

Very rude and not helpful. I will send a complete description of my experience to the area field MGR in next couple day's when time allows. Slow slow sooo slow ugh NO restrooms come on, expects me to "get off the lot" to strap down car on transporter. What the hell do I know about strapping the car down. DUMB, trying to avoid liability but by doing so I can make a great case that you would be liable if something bad happened and you let the customer strap that car. Your the PROs not us! get it right.
