I have rented from U-haul several times in the past 2 years and by far, this has been the worst experience I have ever had. You may want to re-think giving this location any type of association with your name. When I came into the office at 8 am, the man behind the counter named Dan told me they weren't open for another 15 minutes. So I waited. While he was finishing some things he asked me what I was needing and I told him I needed the next truck size above the smallest-and he said to me, "Oh the 15 foot truck?" And I said yes. Then he continued to make me wait until it was 8:15. I was fine with this as I know there are preorders to prepare for, but what really made my experience the absolute worst was his attitude towards me. By the time he finished he looked up and said, "Ok, it's 8:15 and we are officially open so what can I get for you?" And I said to him that I told him what I wanted-the 15 foot truck. His response was "oh well I was working on other things so I don't remember what you wanted" Ok fine. By the time he gathered my information (which is in your system) and completed the rental, I was NOT impressed with his customer service. I waited outside inside my boyfriend's car because it was so hot outside, about 15 minutes and I realized I had been waiting a long time so I went back to the office to see what was going on. Dan tells me, "that truck is not road-worthy and I need to give you another truck". Okay, that's fine. Instead of apologizing to me for the delay, his response to me in a very nasty tone was, "Look-I know you're frustrated but I'm trying to get you another truck to get you out of here". Excuse me, but I work in hospitality for a living. I understand sometimes things are out of your control, but it's the way in which you present the issue to the customer and offer your assistance and apologies for the mishaps. I was appalled by his comment to me-especially when I was only standing behind the counter waiting for him to complete the transaction. I told your agent Dan that he never once said he was sorry for the delay, that I just want to get my rental and go as the day was getting on. He still never apologized to me. He cancelled my first order and attempted to make another, asking for my credit card again when $154.00 was already pending in my bank account. Then he tells me he needs another phone number-something he didn't ask for the first time. I asked him why he needed this and he rudely points over his shoulder at a sign behind him stating such. By the time I got my "new" truck I was ready to get out of there. It took 45 minutes to rent one truck. The rental contract receipt he gave me was half printed and illegible because his printer was out of ink, so I couldn't even read half the page. He was beyond rude to me, very unwelcoming and I definitely will NEVER rent from U-haul again because of his treatment towards me. He never even thanked me for my rental. On top of all of this, the truck he gave me was filthy. The

I was very dissapointed in my experience here. So I ordered a 15' truck online. I also get several email confirmations that it is a 15' truck. When I get to the location, Dan says that I ordered a 20' truck. I show him the email confirmation that it is a 15' truck, he says that I ordered wrong. Really? He gave no apology. He did not give me any partial credit or refund. Instead, he put the finger on me and now I got stuck with a 20' truck that made me pay more gas (due to having a bigger truck). I will make sure everyone knows about this so that people realize how unprofessional this location is. So disappointed. And the crazy thing is, I've been in logistics and supply chain in the US Navy for 9 years, and he thinks I don't know a thing about inventory control? At least say sorry and refund the extra gas I have to pay rather than blame the internet and me. So dissapointed.

In addition to making us wait around the yard for an hour in the heat, the representative did not install the auto transport correctly, when I went to drive my truck onto it, it popped up about 3 feet and hit my mom in the arm, cutting her arm and causing a large welt and black & blue marks.

Dan was an absolute nightmare to deal with. He was aggressively rude. My reservation was 5 hours late. On top of that, they didn't have the car transport I reserved and I had to find my own which means I had to get my car over to it also. You would think that Dan would be sympathetic and helpful but he was not. He stuck his finger in my face and told me he would not wait on me. And, he actually didn't. He told the people behind me he would wait on them. I was kind of surprised they accepted that because the girl that family was sitting there agreeing that he was way out of line. Turned out that they didn't have valid I.D., valid credit card, or a second phone number like Dan demanded I have and was about to refuse my entire order simply because I didn't provide a second phone number. I Have Never Had So Many Problems From One Guy In My Life I waited 4 hours! Only to get so much attitude and disrespect from someone that didn't even have my reservation. It was continuous attitude and uhaul corporate has DONE NOTHING to help. Nothing. I have never had a problem with uhaul in the past but I know now to never use them again. Everything is good as long as you don't have any problems but apparently, as soon as you do, you are no longer worth their time

I got over charged on Gas, After I pump Gas more than the level when I was picking up the truck but I still got charged, I brought the evident Picture I took when I drop off the truck show to the owner, the owner said he will try to take care it for me but until this moment, it has not taken care.

I brought back the truck i rented to wildomar location. On Sunday at 8:20am. I pulled up to the Wildomar location, to the sign that said, "STOP return equipment. Stay with equipment a represenitive will be here shortly to check you in then youll be on your way." Now where that sign is located there is a window right there. Which at the time the window was open. I pulled in and began to wait. Not one time did the person inside, right next to the window, acknowledge me. I was right there maybe 8 feet away. I waited there for half hour. Then decided to walk in. Still no acknowledgement. So I waited another 15 minutes. I then followed him outside because he was getting a truck for a customer. Then I approached him and asked if he could check me in. He started to say. "I am busy I have customers......." I said, "it's a check in." He then says to me, "where are the keys?" I said, "right here." He said, "you're done, you're out of here!" I gave him the keys and left. He never checked the truck for miles or cleanliness. Plus not a thamk you! Now if was that easy or simple, why not say that to me when I first drove in? The window was right there. If he was that busy why not tell me right Then? Not let me wait for 50 minutes! That is rediculous! Plus, I am a customer already, with that being said he should of acknowledge me when I drove up. I had the door open waiting. He saw that looking out the window. It a good size window.

Unfortunaley, there's an employee named Dan who gaved me a very unprofessional attitude . Was very rude to myself and another customer who was there also. He also threatened me that he was going to put me in the system to never be able to rent a truck.

I will never use this location or refer anyone. I took a picture of the gas hand when we picked up the truck. We made sure the same amount of gas was in there when we dropped the truck off. He charged us $47.00 for gas and $30.00 for a fuel fill-up fee. I asked him if we could go put gas in the truck because we turned the truck in 2 hours early. We turned the truck in early because he called us and asked us if we could turn it in early. If he was concerned about his customers he could've let us go put the gas in the truck. If Uhaul doesn't do something about this I will never use them again!
