ROBERT HI never received a contract which had the trucks mileage, base cost, cost per mile (I heard .39 per mile) and gas level on it when I rented the truck. The employee would not check in the truck in when I got into the yard, and then I get an invoice for over $400. I am not happy....Alan -951-491-5220
ALAN MI as told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. We traveled a total of 16 miles. I put $12 of gas (I have confirmation) and was told after I left I did not put gas in to the original amount when given the truck. That is NOT correct and will never use this company again. Being charge $50 for gas after I put gas in is not right. Again, 16 total miles was used. I want a refund!!
