Super quick and a convenient location. The younger male employee there was very helpful and accommodating when we made last minute changes to the truck rental size. The truck return process was fast which was appreciated after a long day of moving.
THERESA SThey changed my entire reservation to a 15 ft when I wanted a 10ft, they lied about getting a military discount, the windshield was filthy. They changed my pick up location so I could have a 10ft which the new location did not have.
BARBARA CI did not schedule a rental pickup from this location…I received a call less than 24 hrs prior to my scheduled pickup and told there was not a trailer available at the original location…this is after I stopped by the original location to see the trailer and confirm my reservation…this new location took 3hrs to get to and back…very disappointed in this transaction
DAVID LI had truck problems this morning and I was only an hour late to drop off the trailer and I got charged a whole extra day. There should be some kind of a grace period in my opinion
