Check the straps on the appliance dolly. The strap had been ripped and was to short to go around a small refrigerator.

I reserved truck and trailer in Murrieta CA because I needed it's use for a vehicle tow near by two weeks before usage and two days before the reserved date I was notified by U haul that my truck and trailer reservation was no longer available in or near Murrieta or Temecula CA I now had to go get my Haul in Wildomar CA 7 miles away from were I needed it , so it was inconvenient for me to travel that distance with no car to the new location since I flew in from San Francisco to LAX and rented a car One Way to Murrieta and return vehicle the next day and the u haul location was in the same vacinity around the block from Budget rental drop off location so I sincerely needed it to be placed that way so it was inconvenient to travel 7 miles with no transportation to get there alone so I had to beg a ride from vehicle seller in Murrieta to pick up my reservation in Wildomar for the one way travel back to San Francisco but the counter agent apologized for the inconvenience and added additional 20 miles for my one Way rental travel so that was great but next time please have my reservation as needed the way I need it please but everything went fine so I truly appreciate your service and equipment 💯 everything else went smoothly, thank you U haul for the help back .
Edgar EEverything was okay. We had to walk around a building to find the entrance (not clearly marked) and a young man who mumbled a lot making it difficult to understand where we were dropping the trailer off. I asked for the address, but he said we'd get it digitally. We didn't receive any paperwork, just text/email. We would have preferred to have the information in hand at the pick up location. Since they knew we were coming, it would have been nice to have the debris removed from the outside of the trailer, and before we got there, to have the trailer in an accessible location. We had no concerns with the maintenance of the trailer.
