My reservation location was changed last minute b/c compass allowed their only 10 ft truck to be taken on a one way rental, causing me to have to rent a larger vehicle than I wanted. The truck was poorly maintained and only had 1/4 tank of fuel. I was wrongly charged $50 for fuel upon returning it 1/4 full (as it was when I picked it up) and had to appeal (which I won).

was all good great location truck was ready
DALE MEmployee did not seem to be bothered with renting me the truck. She first gave me a truck that had a trailer attached and asked if i could remove it
Robert SGave me the wrong truck.Tried to make it my fault. We went less than 5 miles total. And when I came back because they gave us the wrong truck, they told me I would be charged for over 2000 miles, it took them almost an hour to fix their mistake and then would not give me a receipt, oh, it'll be emailed to you, I had to trust that I would get that email. From you, home. Compass storage in U-Haul is not worth their time to be use them, do not use them, do not, it isn't they are completely incompetent. Yes, you can call me if you would like to hear this, but I think maybe you should just understand that you haul, being with compass in Wildwood, Florida is not the move. I would make for my company. They were so. Incompetent
DEBORAH MThe manager at the pick-up station was not very cooperative or pleasant. Took over an hour to pick up and she was not very cooperative. Not sure she knows her job. Was having problems with her IPhone. NOT FRIENDLY.
