The truck was clean but the lights on the box did not work. Nor did the turning lights work while the brakes were engaged. I was very unhappy about this.

karen wHad appointment to pick up U-Haul truck at 10 AM. No one was there. No one showed up till after 11 I said now I’m late. This has caused me money. Oh well we’re not perfect. I’ll call the one 800 go U-Haul and got the same thing. Well, sorry we’re not perfect but your money you won’t. It’s gotta be perfect.
frank gDirt and clay on mats. Sticky brown residue in cup holder. Dog hair covering passenger seat. Clean the cabin between rentals.
Michael MThe store hours were listed on the door open at 0830 to 5 pm. The store did not open until 10 minutes pass 9am and was closed at 3:30 when I returned the truck. The truck was good the the pickup and drop off was poor at best.
