Unfortunately the pick up location was a back up location - as when I made my reservation 2 weeks before, I had selected a location much closer to where I needed the trailer. However, I am thankful that I was contacted the day before my scheduled pick up day and alerted of the need to select a new pickup location. This backup location was not too far out of my way. Many thanks for the great communication provided to make this a seamless move for us!!

JAMES DMelissa was very helpful. We had reserved a truck. Melissa called us a day or two before we were to pick it up to let us know there might not be a truck available that day after all. Knowing that it was a local move we were doing she suggested that a trailer as, fall back, might work as well. The truck was not in fact available on the designated day but the trailer ended up working better anyway. So we were very pleased with the service and Melissa monitoring the situation and taking the time to alert us when the truck availability came into question.
CHARLES BI can't think of anything to improve the quality of service. The staff is wonderful.
