I rented the U-Haul and it was 1/2 a tank of gas. I I was asked to have it back by 3:45. I returned the U-Haul swept and clean slightly over half a tank of gas in it at 3:02 PM not four and I think you owe me $12.08 back because it was over half that I returned it and it was just that half when I picked it up so no I would not recommend your services to anyone.
Janice FThe truck smelled awful. Location solution open the back and roll down windows. Smell did not go away. Had to try and clean the back to reduce smell before loading. Contacted company to request some reimbursement and was gaslighted. The u-haul rep was a complete disrespectful and disappointing human. He did kept the company money and told me it was my fault for taking the truck and the vehicle worked. There was no other vehicle but lesson learned. Pay attention to reviews.
CATHY HGood experience overall. Great staff. Would have been cheaper to just pay shipping for a large Lowe’s order but would definitely do business with Wilkes Print and Ship again for box truck needs.
