Laverne was above all expectations. We ended up stranded in Lordsburg when our vehicle broke down moving some stuff to Scottsdale Arizona. Laverne was so sweet and helpful. She made a stressful situation easier to deal with. She was extremely friendly and professional. The place was so clean and welcoming. Thank you to Laverne. U-Haul should hire more like her!!
