My contract stated I was dropping off in Safford AZ but then I was instructed by a person in Tucson to take the truck over 40 miles away to Willcox AZ. This did not seem right. Not a good business practice.

The only thing that was not right was that we were told to bring the truck back to Willcox az instead of Thatcher az where the contract was for. Nothing was bad about the service we received at both locations...

I didn't have that amount of time available but had to make due out of necessity. The U-Haul location was good and the service of the pickup location personel was good.
