The equipment was not as clean as it was described to me that it needed to be for me to return the equipment, so that was disappointing. The brake pads stuck on the drivers side rear axle half way thru our trip, that was disappointing to say the least. And upon return, no one even bothered to come out and look at the unit to inspect it for cleanliness or damage. That is very disappointing given the fact that if it gets damaged between me dropping it off and someone else picking it up, gives them easy reason to blame any deficiencies on the person who last returned it.
