Awesome people, the best in the business!!! The trailer I used as do alot of the trailers I've rented in years past NEED to have the wheels Balanced!!! This one bounces So Bad going down the road it's ridiculous, plus by balancing the wheels, your tires will last 4 times longer, PLUS if there was ever an accident and DPS determined that it was do to poor wheel balancing etc, well you know the liability with that. But overall, the dealer I dealt with is Top notch.
