Was incorrectly charged additional fees for gas and after hours return. Had to visit store to get reversed.

Nikola DThe U-Haul truck was filthy when we picked it up, with trash left inside. Engine light was on and truck felt like it was falling apart. They also forgot to include the dolly we rented, which was really inconvenient and forced us to make an extra stop to rent one elsewhere.
