MOHAMED EReservation was quick and truck was available on day of the rental. Pricing was excellent since I only rented truck for one hour. completed the job. There was a delay in truck pickup because computer systems were down but gladly they came backup and I was able to complete.
MARCIAL TThey did not discuss the rate/pricing or return protocol with me at all. Then when I returned the truck and tried to confirm what I was going to be charged I was urged to leave and told that I would be emailed the receipt. Upon receiving that receipt, I was charged way more than the amount quoted for online with zero explanation on why I was being charged certain fees. I called back urgently to dispute this problem, but no one would answer the phone.
