there was literally no one there working at uhaul aside from a gas station manager who doesn't use the uhaul system. i tried calling support to get my truck but they didn't pick up. i had to contact the chat and it took me 40 minutes to then finally have them tell me that the truck i reserved isn't there but they can give me a larger truck for a larger price. i obviously didn't have a choice except to accept that because i was already 40 minutes late. then finally when they did that, the person working there (who wasn't uhaul) took 10 minutes on top of that to finally give me my keys. Apparently the uhaul person working there just decided to leave early (it was 4pm and they were open until 5:30). Awful experience
JAINAMPRAFUL DTrucks are very dirty outside , mirrors and windshield were filthy
WILLIAM MTrucks is not clean from Snow, I have to clean by my self more than 30 min, before pick up
JORGE AWas incorrectly charged additional fees for gas and after hours return. Had to visit store to get reversed.
