DONALD CThe rep in Williamsburg <VA give my truck away, while I was standinf there waiting to check in. hew as rude to me and lied when I told him he was there the day before when I reserved the truck. We got into a shouting match in the store. His collegue trying to encourange him to stop, be he kept on antagonizing me. It was terrible. The drop off location in Rodk Hill, SC was very plesant . The manager call me and provide specific instrutions on how to return the equipment outside of nornal business hours, He was was courteous and professional.
