My first reservation at L&B in Stockbridge for 8:00am pick up. Was pulling into location when they called. Informed me did not have reserved trailer. Ended up re giving a call from u-haul and re-routed with new reservation to Eagal car wash. 40 min back track. Not sure how it is right to perk customers around. Waisted my time and delayed move. Egal Carwash location went out of way to correct the debacle from previous reservation at L&B.
