KERRY LSteering on the truck could have been better but given the vehicle had 172,000+ miles I suppose the steering being "loose and slow to respond to commands" is to be expected. The vehicle was very clean though!
SCOTT MDon’t think it was the actual location issue except that the lockbox was extremely difficult to use. Too old. The bad really bad experience with the app not accepting pictures of the truck was just a UHaul issue. Customer service did respond quickly and sent me a link to use to upload pictures. Overall, it took way too long!!!! It was cold!
