How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat customer service
Oscar PFor my opining yall doing a great service absolly satisfy with custumer service thank you
Nora MThere are nice humans here!!!!!! They are friendly, efficient and helpful. It is a pleasure dealing with them. They give the impression that U-Haul actually appreciate my business. I will use this location again in the near future. PS: I tried to return the truck after hours. Great cell coverage at this location. Shock and surprise, the app wouldn’t work. After multiple attempts I Tried your chat feature. took forever with no resolution. so I left the truck and returned the next morning when they were open. Note. I have made all recent reservations by phone. Everyone I have dealt with has been great. I will go out of my way to never use the app again. It sucks. Even on strong internet connections it freezes up and you have to start over and over and over. Total waste of time.
Jack KFriendly, professional and organized. Great customer service. The truck was clean, easy to drive and very spacious.
