U-Haul moved my truck to another location after making reservations. I included moving blankets in my request. Only to pick up the truck thru contactless pickup and find no moving blankets. No one onsite that can assist. Driving the truck and check engine light is on saying check gas cap. Pull over and gas cap is on tight so must just be a bad sensor or bad cap. Everything else was fine. Contactless pickup and delivery is far less convenient than it’s worth. It’s far too many steps to do in a parking lot with no lights, not to mention a muddy open lot.
