I already provided feedback that this drop-off location was OK, but not the one I'd originally selected (which had apparently closed in the months since I first made my reservation). I called to confirm I would be OK to drop-off there instead and was told I should call U-Haul to get OK first or I might be charged an improper drop-off fee. I did that and that was easy enough. My only complaint was that there was no one to greet us when we arrived and we used self-drop, but the area to drop off was very muddy with little to no organization of vehicles/trailers. We found a spot, but then couldn't get out of the lot with swamping through some very large puddles. Had it been dry, no big deal, but someone should have been moving returned vehicles to allow for other drop-offs

Renting the U-Haul trailer was easy, very affordable, and the staff was extremely helpful!
JAMES PTruck had engine light on when picking up. The truck also had a terrible odor inside the cab along with the engine sounding like the muffler had been chopped off. The rental equipment was just thrown in the back of truck along with the keys. Trash inside the rear of truck as well. The location of pick up was poorly designed for pick up and return. This experience with U-Haul will be my last for sure, I would rather pay more money than to use a U-Haul truck again. I will not be referring people or friends to rent from U-Haul again.
Stephanie PRental location was out of a restaurant that was short staffed. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get acknowledged by the one person working both the restaurant and the uhaul desk. He did have the one specific trailer we needed and helped load the trailer. The only problem with the trailer was one of the eye hooks for the strap was broken and missing. When we returned the trailer that same evening, he again was the only person working both the restaurant and the uhaul desk. He told us just to drop the trailer in the yard and did not physically check us out.
TAMELLA RThe box truck was clean and the A/C worked great, but it had over 100K miles, needs shocks and at least rear tires. Inside the cab, the a/c vents were in bad shape, parts of the dash were hanging out. The truck ran well and got the job done. Even though the truck had minor issues, I would rent from this location again in the future. The employee was great and informative; which, was greatly appreciated.
