DEBORA HEverything went great with the rental of the car trailer I had no problem at all. The only problem I did have and every time I rent a trailer this happens!! I get charged twice and I can't get one to explain to me why this keeps happening!! Other than that I would rent from u haul again not a problem.
WILLIAM BBest customer experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I will use this location for all my rental needs because the manager was knowledgeable, kind and had franchise hours that were much better than any other U-Haul location.

JOSEPH CNo one was available when we dropped the truck off. I did the mobile return, and it was fine.
KRISTEN RThe gas was not at a 1/4 tank when I picked it up. It was lower, I think 3/16s. I tried to update it on the app when I picked it up. When I returned the truck made sure it was back at the same level. Unfortunately I was charged $30 for fuel service plus $10 for gas. I recommend having someone who works for uhaul checking the gas level to make sure they are correct.

randy MAlthough the location was opened, there was no one was there to check in. The reservation did not appear in my app. I had to solicit the help of a customer in the restaurant to detach the hitch as I’m 7 months pregnant.
Gari GDrop off site was just a parking lot with a locked key drop off box. No personnel or office. Truly just a small grass/gravel parking area
