Scott HRent at the U-Haul for 100 miles. Return it with only using 45 miles. Should have been refunded 55 miles. They charged me for 9 gallons of gas. How did I use 9 gallons only going 45 miles. That would mean the truck only got 5 miles to the gallon. I stop and put in 4 gallons of gas at the Loves truck stop right up the road the gas gauge was at the same level as when I picked it up. I will never rent from U-Haul again.
THOMAS WOne door was locked and other said use the other door. Took an extra 20 minutes to check in.
Steve NShowed up for my 6am pickup, the trailer was not there, no people were there to help, and nobody would answer the phone to help.
