Not charge an extra $20 for not providing a picture at drop off, had picture taken of dashboard and there is no way to upload photo resulting me in having to pay an extra $20 for “someone to finish the process” even though I had a photo to upload and there was no upload options.

DANIEL IMake sure to ask questions about flat rate or later they add by milage. When we got the truck , in Ohio where we picked up the truck, they did not explained clearly it’s by milage and not flat rate. As customer service you are responsible to expire contract before asking them sign.
