No one was present at the facility. Called customer service to confirm drop off. This location was very convenient to drop off from location that furniture was delivered.
ELIZABETH WThe first 6x12 trailer had a flat tire. Came back and got another trailer. But the roof of this one leaked inside, causing my furniture to get wet and damaged. Not a good experience.

James PI didn’t get there till after hours so there wasn’t an employee available. The lot is also quite confusing without direction. I ended up driving through someone’s parking lot and up a grass hill to get the where the trailers were stored. I’m sure with someone there to guide I wouldn’t have been so confused but it’s not easy to find to begin with.
