We ultimately dropped the truck off at an authorized U-Haul hub and was very nice and person very nice and accommodating .

JASON CI was disappointed at the fact that I couldn't drop off a truck at a different location even though I was told I could. The 280 fee to drop a truck off at a different location is unfair and borderline criminal. Given that I was told I could drop the truck off at a different location. I went over my budget to return the truck to the original location. This experience was so terrible and inconvenient that I will research a new service when I have to move in the future. Moving is stressful enough without pitfalls and paying for other people's errors with my money and time.
