had express reservation #25674096 guy on duty decided to reenter info screwed it up. would not help, said I had to call 800gouhaul to handle it. after two hours I finally got a trailer, only because I had to get a new reservation. I would say find a new location in Wilmington to handle your trailers. also was put on hold several times talked to 6 or seven people. and no indoor cell service at this location.

My issue had nothing at all to do with pickup or drop off, issues were with process and experience online booking the truck. The website is not clear of the massive limitations when picking up and returning at a separate location. Will avoid renting from U-Haul again if possible.



When ever I have to rent a truck, my first choice is always this location. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The rental process is easy and I am in and out quickly. I really like the service, it is top notch!!

The trailer leaked, I had damage to my newly purchased table. All I wanted was a refund, customer service said insurance claim will do that insurance said customer service will do. I don't want to file a claim, manufacturer made minor finishing repair. I shouldn't have to pay for a trailer that leaked.

Loved this new rental option!!!! I have a job where it is difficult to take time away and the limited hours of some locations make renting your vehicles difficult. I have rented previously so was aware of the process for renting the vehicle (drop box, vehicle inspection, etc)

Easy drop off. I was in and out in under 1 minute. I would have liked an on-the-spot receipt of some kind with the date/time, mileage, and return of the pads and hand-truck, but none was offered (maybe U-Haul doesn't do this, I don't know).

I am disabled. The young woman who checked me in for my rental was so helpful to me. She went above and beyond to help me get back to my car after the rental was done...and even getting to my rental van in the beginning. The place I went to the individual acted as if he had a problem with me and my hubby renting from that location at first and I was uncomfortable with the whole situation. I use U-haul all the time however I will not chose that location again.

The app is definitely not user friendly but I know this is not due to this location but rather corporate uhaul. Why must I take two pictures of the trunk? Why is the app so slow? Not to mention the location of this uhaul place is in an area with no service! The app made the trip frustrating, particularly the drop off part.

Tom, the manager of this location is incredibly rude. I've met him in person before in the store and he was literally horrible to deal with. Literally barking to me to move my car. For this particular order we placed a phone call to discuss a charge for supposedly not cleaning the van before returning it, and again the interaction was appalling. I would strongly advise you to drive to any nearby location to not have to deal with Tom.
