Person who helped me was not wearing a mask and sat across a desk (less than 3 feet away) from me. It's incredibly irresponsible to not wear a mask during a global pandemic that has killed more than 160,000 people in the US alone. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know.

charged for a dolly i never received and the truck came with a dolly i didnt want and furniture pads that were attached to the side and got in the way of loading the truck. I had to take 2 trips due to the room they took up

Let's start with I had an appointment to pick up a trailer at 230 when I arrived I was informed that the only person who handles the uhaul was gone for the day. A very nice guy told me to go ahead and take the trailer and when I return it I can do both pickup and drop off paperwork. Well the trailer broke down so bad the ebrake engaged when a mechanic finally got to me he said that the trailer should have never been rented. The drum was so bad It had over 8 cracks in It and the brake pads were fused to the drum turning with the wheel. It turned a 3.5 hour job into a 12 hour job. In the end the trailer had to be put on a flat bed and delivered to my house. I am extremely unhappy and I don't think I should have been charged for this rental. The following day when The trailer was due back the woman from that location called me and said when do I plan on bringing the trailer back? I explained to her what happened all she said to me was don't you think you should have called to say what had happened? I told her I did call customer service and that we were waiting on a flatbed tow truck to come. All she said was huh and hung up on me. Then two days later I got a bill for the rental even though I had requested to speak with someone before being billed. This is sad truly sad I should have been called to discuss this matter instead of just billing me and charging my card. This was a sad way of conducting business If I was hired to do a job in timely manner and this was far from a timely manner I would have lost time and money. Just billing me shows that U-Haul clearly does not care about my business and if I am being treated this way how many others are never again will I use Uhaul I'll pay more and use another company. Maybe elsewhere I can be treated fairly and kind.

I used the mobile check in and out feature. Unfortunately, I accidentally over filled the tank with gas. The tank was about 1/4 full when I picked it up, and I returned it with about 3/4. I don't think I should have to pay for the mileage I put on it since I overcompensated for gas. It was $50 to fill up the tank so I definitely overpaid. I at least would think I shouldn't have to pay for the mileage.

She was great! Have rented from her before and she stayed open beyond when she was supposed to close to help me when I was in a bind. Friendly family owned business. Always kind and helpful. It was raining and she went out there to make sure everything was right and i got out of there okay.

The location was not the problem, the problem was the Customer Service that sent me to a location prior to the one I rented the piece of equipment from. U-Hauls customer service sent me to Aycock's gas in lucama Nc and they were closed and we're supposed to be open. Cost me an hour of driving and time on the phone Trying to find an alternative source. I ended up going to one in Wilson and they were great, but I had to find them on my own not through U haul
