I was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul on Wednesday April the 29th when they opened at 10:30 AM. I waited for 20 minutes outside thinking that the person in charge was running late. The sign on the door stated that they would open at 10:30 am. I then called the store number on the door, but nobody answered or called me back. I then contact the corporate #, and they stated that I was to get the key by going to a website and filling out information. I am not computer savvy, and it took me 1-1/2 hours to finally get the key. Not cool at all.

It wasn’t her fault. It was the location I picked it up from. But I’d like a refund for the amount of time I had to waste driving back to a gas station after I wasn’t told we needed to add gas and when I got it, there was less than a quarter of tank and I overfilled it to 109 miles
