Alicia offered assistance when I thought the tore strap had gotten pinched between the tire & the dolly. I came back a.day later to return & she was out to help unhook, etc. Before I'd even turned my truck off. Top notch customer service!!

Kevin BStrongrainsin Memphis and windshield wipers were in really bad shape! Having tank 3/4 full when I picked it up, and having to fill to this level when returned iis hard to do. Why not have tank full before leaving your facility?
jose hThe online experience to pick up the key and truck was really bad. Took about 45 minutes just to get the key. The Uhaul app and process required too many steps and kept kicking me out as I filled it out. Got on the phone with a nice lady who walked me through it, but it was still cumbersome. Next time I will avoid doing anything after hours.

Rance MI’m an old defense attorney that represented UHaul out of Austin Texas, William Krueger. In the past, there were problems (quality checks on vehicles/trailers as well as training/licensing for different functions—filling butane bottles, etc). For this rental, I am very impressed with the whole rental experience. Keep up the good work!

DENISE BThe drop-off location was closed, so I did the online return. The parking lot was up a hill in a field behind the office, but that wasn't a big deal, but surprising to me. My problem is is that I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas, I took the pickup picture and checked it before return to determine if I needed to get gas & didn't because was so close to the pickup photo that it puzzles me why I would get charged for gas. I didn't agree with the additional gas charge and called customer service, spoke with Rachal who was kind, helpful and processed a refund.

Richard MIt was almost impossible to fill the gas back up to a specific level below full, so it would be great to adopt the same policy as rental cars and just have the trucks full when customers pick them up and the expectation that they be dropped back off full. The gauge doesn't respond in real time when filling, so not only was it time consuming to start and stop but I ended up putting more gas in than necessary.
