I was charged $10 for fuel after I filled the tank back to or above what it started with. I want a $10 refund, I purchased the gas at the same place I rented the UHAUL.

NO employees were wearing masks!! Hello.....Corina virus!! Although I checked in online when I went inside to pick up my key I had to wait 15 minutes bec the only person working didnt know what to do and had to call someone else. Then I had to wait for that person to call back and adk all the questions I had answered on the reservation!!

My husband is currently active duty, we did a move from Kentucky to Glendale Arizona. When filling out the paper work they spelt his email and his name wrong. We need the receipt so that we can turn it in to get our reimbursement. We have called every number it has given us. They corporate told us that she couldn't even find our transaction or Receipt. The place we picked it up at in Winchester ky couldn't even bother to help us out and the place we dropped it off at 15 minutes before we started calling for the receipt had no record of it. If you could please get us a Receipt that would be great but will will no longer be using your company as they have literally not helped us at all. Thank you have a fantastic day.

would prefer to be able to do it easier online. this location is a convenient store with lots of business. Rarely is there more than one person working, so they have to take care of rentals and their retail customers at the same time causing confusion and miscommunications.

The clerk did not even ask to see my ID when I told her I was picking up a truck she just gave me a key and told me to pick out a dolly. My daughter came in and got the dolly and was never asked anything. For your benefit not mine.

There was very little room for parking and no way I could back in the 26ft truck. It's a tiny side gravel spot with concrete barriers on either side behind the store but it's the only one in this town.

Make sure you all clean the back of the trucks! Never in my life will I ever rent again from this location. As soon as I picked the truck up the bed was covered in roaches and I was not able to exchange the truck and I have killed 2 roaches already in my home! Disgusting

The directions for electronic check-in state to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to pick up truck in time. When I tried, I got a message that I could not check in until my designated time. I left with my 9:00 pickup at 9:20. Please fix this.

It would have been helpful if a representative had been available at the time I returned the vehicle. The person at the counter took the keys but did not check the truck nor verify the mileage upon return. I had a question that could not be answered until Monday, two days after I returned it. I had called on the weekend but was told the person in needed to speak with was not available on weekends. Seemed strange that the office was not opened at a time when, I would think, many people would have use for a rental.
