Joyce was very helpful in the difficult situation that the Traffic department put me in. Joyce called me day before to verify that I was picking up a RV, and I confirmed…when I got to the place to pick it up I was informed that I would be getting an AV. I was told to contact the Traffic Department to see if there was anything they could do, and the solution I was presented with was drive 5 hours round trip to get what I needed. It was also suggested that I wait 3 days to get a RV. I had no choice but to take the AV and see if it would work, because I had to move out the next morning. Best part was the guy in Traffic was completely rude when I informed him that I could not fit all of my stuff in the AV and he made a comment about how I was given $50 discount for my troubles. I replied saying sir I appreciate that, but who is going to pay for the $400 entertainment center that will not fit? He replied with if you don’t like what U-Haul is trying to help, then don’t use U-Haul again. I was completely confused with his statement, since your company is in the customer service business and taking care of customers is priority one. Please do better in the future Traffic Department and I hope nobody else has to deal with the idiot I had to deal with. I will never use U-Haul again.

ROBERT SI am very happy with my experience. The truck was ready and in good shape. The people I dealt with at the location were excellent. I have had very good experiences with U-Haul. If I had one helpful criticism, it would be that the inside of the truck box could have more places to tie ropes to secure things. Thank you.
