The vehicle had a strong unpleasant odor (urine like) in front seats and trailer. Not great for personal belongings nor for those loading and unloading. Would recommend stronger clean and odor neutralizer.

Great customer service
Clifton MBonnie at Winchester Self Storage was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. The cost of the local rental for the day was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend UHaul and WSS to my friends and family!
