april G.I see no need fot improvement. The U haul was very clean and well maintained. The young lady that took care of me was very friendly and knowledgable about the truck.
Waivie H.Not the fault of pickup location but my origional pickup location was in troy, mo. The reservation was made weeks in advance. I had to drive an hour to pickup the trailer without any compensation for my troubles. No one at uhaul cared one bit.
