It was after hours cause I dropped my vehicle off on the same day instead of the next morning by 10 AM. But All Point Storage has always been super friendly from renting a storage to now dropping off the U-Haul.

Danny HA moving truck should include a ramp to help with loading and unloading things. The truck did not have a ramp which was not disclosed at the time of rental.
