Engine oil change notification kept popping. And there was no way to turn on the cabin light. Also, I had to call in before somebody opened the office door and handed me the keys. On top off it the app should have given me the key code to the box it was in - I shouldn’t have to wait and call the manager and help someone from the office give me the keys.

The staff and location was great. The U-Haul computer system was terrible. So slow and made me wait when I needed to get going. FIx your system! It’s 2026 and this is inexcusable.

TIMOTHY EIt was after hours cause I dropped my vehicle off on the same day instead of the next morning by 10 AM. But All Point Storage has always been super friendly from renting a storage to now dropping off the U-Haul.
