Rohan GI rented a 10’ truck to move my son home from KSU. When I picked up the truck the gas gauge was on half a tank. I was about to drive 50+ miles one way and after loading up decided to fill the tank because I wasn’t sure how much it would take hauling the load. I did not use as much as expected and overfilled the tank by 3/8. The lady at the location understood my issue and gave me a credit. She was very nice and understanding. I have never had a uhaul rental not on a full tank. Why should I pay more because your last customer didn’t fill the tank?
