They refused to give us any paperwork on pick and on return, they would not take payment in hand, said we had to pay online with a credit card, No assistance was given in regards to using the online service or downloading the U-haul app and utilizing it. Then when we returned the truck, the employee told us he could not help us as he was not the one who we dealt with upon rental ? We had to call customer service to check the truck in as 2 hours later it was still showing we had it. Terrible renting experience.
